2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No.362 of 2021dated 05.12.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 325, 379, 504 & 506 IPC, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law, considering the fact that coaccused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
