Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act. A pistol was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2018. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32575 of 2018 (2) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 pending in connection with Saraiya Police Station Case No. 489 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
