2. The present petition has been filed restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 66473 of 2019 which stood dismissed for default due to non-compliance of the order dated 05.11.2019.

3. It is submitted that the order of this Court dated 05.11.2019 could not be complied with within the stipulated time. In any event the requisites for notices have been filed belatedly after only about three days.

4. For the reasons stated in the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. 66473 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15837 of 2020(4) dt.20-01-2021 2/2 2019 is restored to its original file. Office to proceed accordingly.
