2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 341, 307, 188, 379, 411, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 504 and 34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, the petitioner was driving the tractor in question recklessly, due to which he caused accident.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the alleged date of occurrence, the petitioner was not driving the tractor in question and have been made accused in this case merely because he happened to be the driver of the tractor in question. He further submits that the occurrence took place due to accident. The petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- XIIIth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 247 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
