On several occasions, the petitioner after having given undertaking to this Court that the Bank Draft amounting to Rs.6,50,000/- is under preparation and would be produced before this court has not produced the same and now, the petitioner is evading this Court and no such draft has been produced till date. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner is also not present. As such, the present application stands dismissed for nonprosecution and the interim order passed in favour of the petitioner also stands automatically withdrawn.
