2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of committing theft in the house of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in jail since 30.09.2023 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19129 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah/concerned Court below in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 185 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sandesh Police Station, Bhojpur on the first Sunday of each month.

Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
