JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. At the very outset, learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has informed that the petitioner no.1 Rajendra Prasad has been arrested during the pendency of this application and subsequently granted regular bail. This application thus stands dismissed to the extent it relates to petitioner no.1. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail as petitioner nos. 2 to 4 apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,448,325,379.436.506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2975 of 2015 (3) dt.19-05-2015 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Keeping in view the fact that petitioner nos. 2 to 4 are ladies, in view of the nature of allegation and the fact that coaccused Rejendra Prasad has been granted bail, let petitioner nos. 2 to 4 above named in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 289 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J) ArunKumar/- U
