Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No.702 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 326, 332, 333, 224, 225, 188, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner at the very beginning has offered to pay Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Araria.

Considering the aforesaid submission of the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No.702 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

At the time of furnishing bail bond and his acceptance, the petitioner will produce the certificate/receipt showing deposit of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) in the District Legal Aid Committee, Araria before the court below. In case of default in deposit of Rs.10,000/-, the court below shall not accept his bail bond.
