Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections- 295A, 298 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 66A, (a), (b) of the I.T. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on confessional statement of the coaccused. Named accused Nasim Siddiki has been granted bail by the Court below in B.P. No. 1039 of 2017. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 25.04.2017.
