2. By the impugned order dated 20.01.2024 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Danapur in S.Tr. No. 990 of 2013 arising out of Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 98 of 2008, the discharge application of the petitioners has been rejected.

3. While rejecting the discharge application, the Court below has found a strong prima facie case for framing of charge based on the materials available on record.

4. I have considered the submission of the parties and have also gone through the records of the case.

5. From the records, it appears that a strong prima facie case is made out against the petitioners and they cannot be discharged on the basis of their defence.
