JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 17-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

While the victim was returning over auto rickshaw being driven by the petitioner who, at a lonely place tried to molest and during course thereof, victim resisted whereupon, after throwing the victim outside his auto, crushed her and then escaped.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that victim had sustained injury during course of an accident and for that compensation was demanded from the petitioner and after having been denied, got the petitioner implicated in this case levelling false and frivolous allegation.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50683 of 2017 (2) dt.17-11-2017 Considering the submission made on behalf of petitioner, the learned lower court is directed to release the petitioner on bail to its own satisfaction after examination of the victim Manju Devi and under the aforesaid direction, instant petition is disposed of.
