JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-07-2016 The sole petitioner, invoking inherent jurisdiction of this court under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has prayed for quashing of an order dated 23.7.2013 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2010 registered for the offence under section 406/409/ 420 of the Indian Penal Code. By the said order the learned Magistrate has rejected the petition for discharge filed under section 239 of the Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner has been alleged to misappropriate about more than rupees seven lakhs in the capacity of Tax Daroga in the Nagar Panchayat Makhdumpur.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48377 of 2013 (3) dt.12-07-2016 2/2 I have perused the impugned order. I do not find any ground for interference.

The petition stands dismissed.
