Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 19.3.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.2415 of 2012 (Trial No.5471 of 2013) pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan on condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each date if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
