The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.42 of 2022 registered under Sections 412/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 8, 20 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Manish Kumar. No.17275 of 2023(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, N.D.P.S.Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.42 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
