Petitioner is in custody in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 134/2016 for the offence under section 392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.3.2018 and similarly circumstanced other co-accused namely, Alamgir Khan was granted bail vide order dated 3.4.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 5302 of 2017.
Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced coaccused on whose confessional statement the name of the petitioner figures has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 3.4.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 5302 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34477 of 2018(3) dt.19-07-2018 2/2 2017, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-6th, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016.
