JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-07-2019 It is submitted by counsel for the respondents that petitioner's relief is in respect of selection process of the year 2012 arising out of Advertisement no.2/12. Petitioner being general Male Non Homeguard has secured 204 marks which is much below cut off marks 210. On the basis of such submission, it is stated that no direction may be issued as no candidate has been considered below the cut off mark. Since none appears on behalf of the petitioner, without going into submission of counsel for the respondents writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
