At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to assail the aforesaid order of punishment dated 14.11.2008 and the appellate order dated 18.04.2011, rejecting his appeal, by referring appropriate revision petition. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
