The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had already married with the petitioner.
Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31520 of 2018 (5) dt.10-07-2018 P2/ where the case is pending in connection with Gaya Civil Line P.S. Case No.55 of 2018, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
