The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 8/20 of the N.D.P.S. Act in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 10 of 2018, arising out of NCB Case No.PZU/V/08/2018.

27.5 Kgs. Of Charas was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 11.02.2018. After forensic examination the recovered narcotics was found to be Charas.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused.
