The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 196, 197, 198, 199 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case as per the written report of Inspector Vigilance Investigation Bureau-cum-Inquiry Officer, Shyam Babu Prasad submitted to SHO, Supaul Police Station is to the effect that in pursuance to the order passed in P.I.L. being C.W.J.C. No.15459 of 2014, with regard to the verification of the certificates of teachers appointed on contract basis between year 2006 to 2015, an enquiry was made and the certificate of Madhyama of the petitioner was found forged as the same was

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been now removed from the service. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Pratibha Kumari, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.15861 of 2019. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.
It is submitted by learned APP for the State that the petitioner got the job on the basis of forged educational certificates, which was found forged during enquiry. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been removed from service, petitioner being an unmarried girl, similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, coupled with statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
