ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2018 in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.91 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 295A, 153A and 505B of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he had posted anti-national message from his WhatsApp account and, therefore, he was taken into custody.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the WhatsApp message had been sent inadvertently by some of his friends and he has no intention of any anti-national activity nor has he ever participated in such anti-national activity. It is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32862 of 2018 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and may be granted regular bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.91 of 2018.
