Sajjad Gaddi, SHO Pirbahore P.S., Patna has been called to the Court since contradictory versions have been submitted by the learned counsels for the parties.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.637 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 petitioner submits that after passing of the order on 12.02.2026, the private respondents have disturbed the peace and erected asbestos sheets on the land in question. This claim is disputed by the learned counsel for the private respondent nos. 7 to 9.

3. The SHO, Pirbahore P.S. assures this Court that he would ensure that no breach of peace or threat to public tranquility takes place on the land in question.

4. Since Criminal Writ Jurisdiction No. 345 of 2026 is pending before the regular Bench, the parties are directed to appear before the regular roster Bench with their grievance since order passed by this Court on 12.02.2026 was transient in nature and main matter is yet to be decided by the regular roster Bench.

5. Therefore, the present MJC (contempt proceeding) stands dropped and the parties are relegating to the concerned roster Bench.

6. Appearance of Md. Sajjad Gaddi, SHO Pirbahore P.S., Patna is dispensed with.
