The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 213/2017 for offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.04.2018 in connection with seizure of 12 liters of liquor.

Considering the quantity of liquor and custody of the petitioner which is almost two months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32724 of 2018(2) dt.06-06-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IICum Special Judge (Excise Act), Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S.
