ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 19.12.2013 by which the Principal Judge, Family Court, West Champaran at Bettiah has allowed maintenance to the Opposite Parties No. 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 in Maintenance Case No. 127 of 2011.

It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioner that there is no finding with regard to the income of the Petitioner and there is no reason given by the Court below as to why maintenance was being given from the date of application.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application. The same is dismissed. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
