The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ/ order/ direction including a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for payment of Rs. 19,85,465.00 with interest @ 6% per annum as arrears of salary for the period May 93 to 06.07.2005, D.A. C.D. Gratuity, Leave encashment, GSLI and EPF of the Late father of the Petitioner in light of the direction of this Hon'ble Court passed in C.W.J.C. No.
21893/2011 on 04.03.2015 by Hon'ble Mr.
Patna High Court CWJC No.8144 of 2016(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/2 Justice Samrendra Pratap Singh."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondents to make payment of the arrears of salary, in accordance with the scheme devised by the State Government, as per the directions of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Kapila Hingorani Vs. State of Bihar, reported in (2003) 6 SCC 1. It is directed accordingly.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
