JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Deodha P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.03.2018. He further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for nearly three months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
