The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for renewal of the license has been refused and the renewal fee of Rs. 10,000/- has been returned without affording any opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State accepts notice. He submits that in case, the petitioner files a representation within a week, a decision thereon shall be taken by the competent authority within three weeks thereof.
