Petitioner is in custody since 7.5.2018 in connection with Case No. C2/198/18 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire case was based on suspicion as petitioner was apprehended by the police on suspicion that he was involved in transportation of Nepali wine.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ADJ-II-
