The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 348 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, neither the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. nor any material is available in the case diary against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion only. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

No. 15842 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 348 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
