The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the husband of the informant was worked under one Jitendra Mistri for which the wages were not paid. Subsequently, dead body of the husband of the informant was recovered.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that only suspicion was raised against the petitioner and nothing substantial surfaced against the petitioner during investigation. No. 39265 of 2013 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 51 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
