The petitioner was found in possession of 120 litres of country made wine while one Abhishek Kumar was also apprehended having in possession of 30 litres of country made wine. The petitioner is under custody since 08.02.2020 having clean antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. Accordingly, the petitioner, Vikash Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Naya Gaon P.S. Case No.17 of 2020.
