2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief (s) :- "1. i. For the issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs,order/order, direction, directions in the nature of Mandamus and Certiorari commanding the respondents to kept in abeyance the proceeding of the Executive committee meeting convened under the signature of Respondent No.6 & 7 which was held on dated 7.1.2026 in the light of notification issued by them by letter No.53 dated 30.12.2025 under the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3864 of 2026(2) dt.26-03-2026 2/3 agenda fixed by them but beyond the agenda mentioned in the notification dated 30.12.25, other development agenda has been corporate in the proceeding of the meeting which work has already been completed earlier but for the purpose to swallow up the government fund, it has been included in the proceeding upon which Respondent No.6 & 7 fraudulently obtained the signature of the member of Executive committee without showing them the minute of the proceeding by the Respondent No.7 in connivance with Respondent No.6 of as contained in Annexure-Plseries to this application, may be issued. Photo copy of the notification the issued under letter No.53 dated 30.12.2025 along with proceeding of the meeting is annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-P1 to this application.
ii. For the issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents to kept the proceeding of the meeting of Executive committee held on 7.1.2026 for selection of work under 16th Rajya Finance commission (2025-26) but such development Scheme has been included in the proceeding which has already been completed earlier, be issued.
iii. For the issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs order/order, direction/directions commanding the respondents to call for another fresh meeting of Executive Committee to start to the development work in the said Panchayat.
iv. For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs order/orders, direction/directions commanding the
Patna High Court CWJC No.3864 of 2026(2) dt.26-03-2026 3/3 respondents as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, may be also be issued."

At the outset, on being confronted as to why the writ application not be dismissed on ground of non-joinder of the necessary parties i.e., the Members of the Executive Committee, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to move before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for the grievances raised in the instant application.
4. Let the petitioner file a representation before the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for the grievances raised herein by filing a representation within a period of four weeks along with the copy of this order.
5. On the representation being filed, the District Magistrate, Jehanabad shall proceed in accordance with law and decide the same at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of its filing.
6. The writ application is disposed of with the above observations and directions.
