The petitioner, namely, Asif @ Sheru @ Ashif Hussain Ansari apprehends his arrest in Siwan R.P.F. P.S. Case No.298 of 2014 under Section 143 of the Railway Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the co-accused Parwej Ali was arrested and from his possession three tatkal tickets were recovered. In his confession he named the present petitioner.

In view of the above facts and the nature of allegation, I direct the petitioner named above to surrender before the court below within one month from today and on his so surrendering the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31495 of 2014 (2) dt.21-01-2015 petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur (Chapra) in connection with Siwan R.P.F. P.S. Case No.298 of 2014.
