JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No. 572 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354D, 509, 341, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case has been registered under bailable sections except Section 8 of POCSO Act which does not appear to be applicable in respect of the petitioner.

Accordingly, it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-( ten thousand) with two
