JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 02-02-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Aurangabad (M) P.S. Case No.108/2010 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The name of the petitioner has appeared in the FIR as Ramashanker Thakur and during investigation it has been found that the petitioner is also known as Pandit and Thakur. The confessional statement also shows the involvement of the petitioner in the offence. The petitioner has also criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in my opinion, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. His prayer is rejected.
