JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 633 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 B, 196, 197, 198/201 of the Indian Penal code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that several persons were appointed on the forged certificate and at that time petitioner was Mukhiya.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely been implicated in this case and the candidates have also been removed form the service for which he has filed supplementary affidavit as directed by this court vide order dated 26.03.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.17445 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 633 of 2018, subject to that condition that laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is further subject to the condition that he will cooperate in investigation and appear before the police as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be concelled.
