JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 Petitioner's Counsel submits that being senior most Havildar Chalak he is entitled to promotion as ASI Driver of Police in the Transport Headquarter at Patna.

The petitioner's claim in detail has been submitted to the respondent authorities by way of legal notice which is Annexure 4 of the writ petition. Treating the same as representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court would direct respondent No. 2 to consider the dame and disposed if of by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if the petitioner is found eligible and post is available he should be given consequential benefit of consideration within the aforesaid period. The writ petition stands disposed of.
