2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) for quashing the order dated 15.12.2025 passed by the DCLR, Sonpur, in B.L.D.R. Case No 02/2023-24 Sugum Singh Versus Munna Sah & others by which the petitioner and other have been directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.4427 of 2026(2) dt.09-04-2026 2/3 present along with documents for the land of khesara No. 431, 432 of Khata No.288 area 1 Kattha = 20 Dhur = 3.125 Dismil.

(ii). for directing and commanding the respondents to protect the life and property of the petitioner as the private respondent no 7 making hindrance in construction of the boundary wall of the petitioner, with the help of antisocial element, on the land situated at Mauza kasmar thana no 80 Khata No 288 Khesara No 431 and 432 area 3.758 Decimel, which has been illegal demarcated (absence of petitioner) by the respondents authorities in compliance of order passed in BLDR Case No 02/2023-24 dated 15.12.2025 and hand over possession to the respondent no 7.

for restraining the respondents including the private respondent no 7 from interfering with the peaceful possession of the petitioner and/or his family members over the land in question.

(iv). For any relief(s) for which the petitioner are deemed to be entitled in the eye of law.
