JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 . The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471/34, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is ready to return Rs. 1 lakh opposite party no.2, subject to final result of the case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17207 of 2022(3) dt.05-09-2022 2/2 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur (Manjhaul) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure including the condition that petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case and he will return Rs. 1 lakh to opposite party no.2 and would furnish the receipt in this regard at the time of processing of the bail-bond.
