The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015 registered under Sections 302 and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioner being husband of the daughter of the informant killed her for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry in her matrimonial home and hurriedly disposed of the dead body, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application preferred under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected.
