The petitioners seek bail in Kotwa P.S. Case No. 203 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including petitioners committed murder of the daughter of informant for dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are ailing father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and they have got no concern with family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Thrust of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16865 of 2022(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 accusation is against the husband of deceased who is already in custody. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and they are in custody since 17.08.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kotwa P.S.
