That this application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs by setting aside letter no.-204, dt.- 18.01.2025, issued by the Respondent No. 3 by which petitioner has been debarred from working wrongly and illegally in violation of principles of natural justice and the letter issued without getting any prior notice further commanding the Respondents too for payment of Amount of Rs 2,09,006/-, which was for Tank and further about Rs. 5 Lacs has been invested in making Construction and pucca roof (Annexure-P) was built in the year 2019 itself

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Respondent authorities to dispose of the representations, filed by the petitioner, which are annexed as Annexures P4 and P5 to the present writ petition within a stipulated time frame, preferably within a period of four weeks from today. It is directed accordingly.
