This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.331 of 2015 arising out of Nauhatta P.S.Case No.48 of 2011 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 379, 436, 504,341, 342, 323, 326, 120(B), 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. This is second attempt made by the petitioner for grant of bail as earlier his application for bail was rejected vide order dated 30.9.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50614 of 2012. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in this case the charge has been framed on 20.2.2017 but up-till-now not a single witness has been examined. The petitioner is in custody for about five months.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, the learned trial court is directed to conduct the trial on day-to-day basis in this case and try to conclude it within a period of six months.

At the same time, the S.P., Rohtas is directed to ensure presence of the witnesses on each and every date before the court concerned so that the trial may be concluded within the period as specified as well as the learned trial court and the S.P., Rohtas are directed to send status report on each month to this Court and if such report is filed by the learned trial court and the S.P., Rohtas, the same shall be placed under the heading 'For Orders'.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
