JUSTICE PRAVEEN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-05-2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset very fairly submits that the petitioner has challenged the impugned order refusing to discharge by the crux of time the charges came to have been framed and hence for prayer for withdrawal of the present with a liberty to raise all the points available to him and also the grounds pleaded in this application at the appropriate stage.
