The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bhawanipur (Akbarpur) P. S. Case no. 234 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304 (B), 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the him.
