The petitioner is in custody in connection with Meenapur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2017 for an offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 8.12.2017. The instant case was registered against unknown. The petitioner was apprehended only on suspicion. He submits that nothing was recovered. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Judge XIV cum ACJM-XIII,
