Patna High Court CWJC No.7732 of 2021(2) dt.26-03-2021 2/2 The issue raised in the present writ application is no more res-integra, as identical issue was considered by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2775 of 2020 (Shalini Kumari & Anr. Vs. The Vice Chancellor, Veer Kunwar Singh University & Ors) vide order dated 11.11.2020. In order to maintain consistency, the present writ application is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 11.11.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2775 of 2020. It would be advisable for the University to adopt Bihar Litigation Policy, 2011 and extend similar benefits to all identically circumstanced students covered by the decision rendered by this Court (supra).

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
