Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272,273,414 of the IPC and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

72 litre of liquor was allegedly recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 31.01.2021. Considering the facts of this case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
