The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phenhara/Fenhara P.S. Case No.129 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354 (a-b), 448, 379, 504 & 506/427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he tried to sexually assault the victim. The petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19032 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari, in connection with Phenhara/Penhara P.S. Case No.129 of 2022.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Phenhara/Fenhara Police Station, District- East Champaran on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
