Heard the parties in virtual Court.
Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission is that the Car, from which liquor was recovered, does not belong to the petitioners nor the petitioners were there at the time of recovery. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26782 of 2021(2) dt.22-09-2021 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rafiganj Police Station Case No.14 of 2021 with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.
(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
